5G/6G antenna design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Design rectenna with the follwoing spec:
Design and development of a 6G/5G antenna. This includes wideband antenna, which covers both the mm-wave (3GHz-24GHz) and sub terahertz (0.1THz-1THz) band, circular polarized, omnidirectional, compact size, high efficiency (>80%) and high gain (>10dB).
Design and development of the rectification and matching circuits. This comprises:
· Design a rectifier with high power conversion efficiency (>80%) and operate at the high frequencies.
· Design a matching circuit between the antenna and rectifier to smooth the power delivery.
Given a power density of 5W/m2, we aim to collect this power in order to supply a number of sensors within the range of 75uW to 15mW.
The antenna should be compact and easy for fabrication
