VSAT Antenna Design CST/HFSS
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am developing a VSAT communication antenna and require the complete electromagnetic-design workflow to be run in both CST Studio Suite and Ansys HFSS. Access to both licenses is essential because I will be cross-checking the simulations between the two platforms. If you have your own development lab with measurement capability, that will streamline later stages, but the immediate focus is on simulation-verified design.
The antenna must meet a defined frequency range and minimum gain figure; I will share the exact numbers once the NDA is in place. Your task is to model, optimise and document the design so the final files are ready for rapid prototyping or fabrication.
Deliverables
• 3D EM models in CST and HFSS, parametrised and fully annotated
• Simulation report covering S-parameters, axial ratio (if applicable), radiation patterns and realised gain across the specified band
• Comparative results between CST and HFSS to confirm consistency
• Brief manufacturing notes and layer stack-up so the design can move straight to prototyping
Acceptance criteria
• All plots show the required frequency band centred within specification limits
• Simulated peak gain meets or exceeds the target value with margin
• Return loss better than the agreed threshold across the bandwidth
• All delivered files open and run without errors on the stated software versions
I look forward to collaborating and seeing the first set of simulation files.
