Optimization of Dual-Band Antenna Design Using Frequency Selective Surface (FSS)

I am looking for an experienced RF/antenna engineer to help optimise the performance of my dual-band antenna design integrated with a frequency selective surface (FSS).

The antenna structure has already been designed and simulated. However, further optimisation is required to improve key performance parameters such as gain, bandwidth, return loss (S11), radiation characteristics, and polarisation performance at both operating frequencies.
Scope of Work
The selected expert will be expected to:

1. Analyse the existing dual-band antenna design

2. Optimize the Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) structure

3. Improve gain and bandwidth performance

4. Optimize S11 (return loss) and impedance matching

5. Achieve a broadside radiation pattern (0° direction) at both operating frequencies

6. Ensure linear polarization at both frequency bands

7. Maintain co-polarization dominance while keeping cross-polarization within acceptable limits

8. Improve radiation efficiency and pattern stability

9. Provide simulation results and optimization methodology
