LF Loop Antenna Design & Build

I need a small, single-turn loop antenna engineered and taken all the way through to a working physical prototype. The target band is low frequency (LF), and the antenna will be used exclusively for near-field coupling applications, so efficiency and tight magnetic field control matter far more than far-field radiation.

What I’m expecting from you is a complete, start-to-finish service: careful electromagnetic modelling, dimension optimisation for my specified operating window, selection of suitable conductor and core materials, then the actual fabrication of a robust sample I can immediately test in my lab. If a ferrite or metallic shield improves coupling, please include that in the design rationale.

Deliverables
• Simulation files (HFSS, CST, or similar) showing impedance, Q-factor and coupling coefficient at the target LF band
• Manufacturing drawings or Gerber files if a PCB-based loop is the better approach
• One fully built antenna with concise test data (network-analyser plots and a brief write-up of the measurement setup)
• Short hand-off document so I can reproduce the build for future runs

Please let me know which simulation tool you prefer, how quickly you can iterate on the prototype, and any practical suggestions you have for fixture or enclosure integration.
