Horn Antenna Design 2.45GHz Frequency

I'm looking to design a horn antenna for 2.45GHz frequency. The antenna has to follow the below specifications:

- Antenna gain is to allow it to reach a maximum distance/range of 7 kilometers.
- High return loss is a must.
- Antenna has to be as small as possible (Physically).
- At Phi=180 angular width is to be 130 degrees or more.
- At Phi=90 angular width is to be 30 degrees of less.
- Radiation pattern is to have a wide angle from front and back, and narrow angle from side (As described above).

You are required to submit all related documents including but not limited to:

- Complete antenna model (CST file).
- Parameter list.
- Simulations of all types (Farfield, power flow, E-field, H-field,...etc).
- 3D radiation pattern (Farfield; linear and non-linear).
- Polar plots.
