2.54 GHz Flex PCB Design

I need a compact flex-rigid PCB laid out for an IoT device that integrates a tuned 2.54 GHz antenna together with a few user-interface parts—specifically surface-mount LEDs and tactile buttons.

The job starts from my rough block diagram; you’ll take it through schematic capture, stack-up definition and RF-conscious routing, then provide production-ready Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place data and a concise BOM. Please keep the antenna trace on the flex section, isolate it properly from the LED/button ground return, and add a test-point so I can verify VSWR during bring-up.

Preferred tools are Altium or KiCad, but I’m open to the package you’re fastest with as long as the output is standard RS-274X Gerber. If you have a proven method for impedance control on polyimide and can share a screenshot of a previous 2.4-ish GHz flex design, that will help me lock in the award quickly.

Acceptance criteria
• Gerber set passes DFM at JLCPCB or PCBWay without modification
• Antenna footprint and feed line calculated for 50 Ω ±10 % on 0.1 mm polyimide
• LEDs and buttons positioned per my mechanical drawing (I’ll supply STEP)
• BOM calls out components available at Digi-Key or LCSC with at least 6 months life-cycle

Turnaround: first draft in one week, final after one revision round.
