Flexible Wearable Sub-6 GHz Patch Antenna

Job ID: 40396857

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a complete design for a flexible, wearable microstrip patch antenna that operates reliably across the sub-6 GHz spectrum for communication devices. My chief concern is bandwidth: the final geometry, substrate choice, and feed configuration must maximise usable bandwidth while keeping return loss below –10 dB over the targeted range.

Here is what I expect:
• A simulation-validated design file ( CST ) showing S-parameters, radiation pattern, and realised gain.
• Clear documentation of substrate stack-up and bending radius limits so the antenna maintains performance when worn.
• A concise fabrication guide and, if possible, suggested vendors or processes for producing flexible prototypes.

Please attach a detailed project proposal that explains your methodology for bandwidth enhancement—whether through slotting, EBGs, or other techniques—and include any milestones you foresee (design, simulation, optimisation, hand-off). I will shortlist proposals that demonstrate a solid grasp of flexible RF materials and present a clear plan for delivering a wideband, wear-resilient antenna ready for communication-grade integration.
