Compact PCB Design with LTE and GPS

Job ID: 40203105

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m looking for an experienced PCB design engineer to create a compact PCB that integrates LTE and GPS functionalities in a single module. The design must include onboard antennas for both LTE and GPS, a charging circuit, and debugging options.
All other design and component details will be discussed over chat.

---

Functional Features (Antenna Design Requirements):

The PCB should include onboard antennas for both LTE and GPS, similar to the integrated antenna design used in ESP32 modules.

Antennas must be PCB-etched or chip-type, without external connectors.

Proper RF impedance matching (50Ω) and matching networks should be implemented for both antennas.

Ensure antenna isolation, ground clearance, and tuning for optimal LTE and GPS signal performance.

Include antenna layout guidelines, keep-out zones, and tuning/matching documentation as part of the deliverables.

The complete design must fit within a maximum PCB size of 4 cm × 3 cm.

---

Deliverables:

Complete schematic design (Altium / KiCad / OrCAD preferred)

PCB layout and Gerber files ready for fabrication

Antenna layout and tuning documentation

Bill of Materials (BOM) with part numbers and footprints

3D PCB model for mechanical reference and fitting

---

Additional Notes:

Use SMD components wherever possible to maintain compactness.

Design should be production-ready, cost-effective, and optimized for RF performance.

Final component selection, circuit integration, and other details will be discussed over chat.
