Measuring force at the interface between foot and the shoe to help avoid stress ulcer, particularly for diabetic patients
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I already made everything on my project but not in good quality, so I just need a professional mechanical engineer to correct everything
To study different materials, that can be used to manufacture sensor’s case. The selected material must be low cost, safety for diabetes, and easy to manufacture.
To make the CAD model of the sensor case using Inventor so it can be used for mechanical testing.
To apply boundary conditions in the ANSYS workbench and study the forces, deformation, and stresses generated in the case of the sensor.
To interpret the result, select suitable material for the case of senor based on materials properties, research, and other physical variables like cost, availability manufacturability.
To discuss data obtained from simulation, and to fabricate the sensor case using 3D printing
To test the sensor and draw conclusions
