HFSS Design and Simulation of 140 GHz D-Band 1×4 and 4×4 Microstrip Patch Antenna Arrays Based on IEEE Journal

Working on a 6G D-band antenna research project.
I need an experienced Ansys HFSS engineer to reproduce the complete antenna design from an IEEE journal paper.
The work includes reproducing:
Single rectangular microstrip patch antenna
1×4 microstrip patch antenna array (Figure 3(a))
Corporate feed network (Figure 3(c))
4×4 microstrip patch antenna array (Figure 3(b))
The antenna should be modeled according to the dimensions, materials, and design methodology provided in the IEEE paper.
