Dynamic simulation

I have a project that is optimising the design of a very simple robot in terms of its segments' lengths and angles to get the best speed and structure stress results. I am open to suggestions on how to approach this task, whether it is to do it in simulation or Matlab, or any others. That is because I just need results of different parameters to analyse and give a conclusion on. I am looking for an experienced freelancer in this area. The type of simulation I need would be structural dynamics and I am open to recommendations as far as software goes, but Msc Adams is an example. I understand that because of the time urgency, the level of detail of the results will be basic overview, but I am asking for the best possible outcome in regard with time given, which is 2 days.
