Dynamic FEA for a mould in an oven
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello all,
I need a freelancer to do the following study:
Put a mould ( with rotomoulding material inside) in an oven and study the efforts on the structure of the mould to see if it's enough strong.
The mould must be rotating inside the oven ( 4 RPM ),it will be fixed between two points, and the temperature inside the mould is [250-280] °c.
Given data :
3d of the mould.
All details about the fixation and all necessary dimensions.
All details about enviroment : temperature, rotational speed, materials...ex
Delivrables :
A vidéo for the mould inside the oven, with an explanation of the input parameters of the analysis.
A report for efforts on each point of the mould, displacments and deformation.
(Optionnel ) If possible , a thermal report for the mould after recivieng the heat from the oven during 100 minutes
