Tasks:

3D design of 5 BLDC motors (different power classes)

EM simulations (torque-speed curve, back EMF, efficiency map)

Thermal, stress, and vibration analysis

Propeller design optimized for each motor

CFD-based performance and thrust analysis

Deliverables:

CAD models (motor + propeller)

FEA/CFD simulation reports

Torque-speed & efficiency plots

Material and winding specifications

Preferred tools: ANSYS Maxwell / Motor-CAD / SolidWorks / Fluent / MATLAB

Scope:
The project involves end-to-end design of five distinct BLDC drone motors (stator + rotor), complete with physical, thermal, mechanical, and electromagnetic simulations. Each motor will also have a custom propeller designed to match its torque-speed characteristics.

Key Objectives

Design and optimize motor geometry, winding configurations, and magnetic layouts.

Perform electromagnetic FEA to obtain torque-speed curves, flux plots, back EMF, and efficiency maps.

Run thermal and mechanical simulations for high-RPM reliability.

Design and CFD-simulate propellers for optimal thrust and efficiency.

Deliver validated CAD files, reports, and performance graphs.
