CFD simulation of dust generating from a moving car

I need someone to do a comprehensive CFD simulation of dust dispersion behind a moving vehicle. This requires very good experience in multi-phase flow analysis, two-phase flow models such as Gaussian model as well as very good skills in CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent.
