EU-Band UHF RFID Antenna
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a compact UHF RFID antenna tuned for the European band (around 865–868 MHz). The structure must be fabricated on a 50 µm PET substrate with a 10 µm aluminium radiating layer and fit within 70 mm × 16 mm. I’m set on a dipole topology and want the design pushed for the highest achievable antenna gain while staying well-matched to the chip.
All electromagnetic modelling, optimisation, and reporting must be performed exclusively in Ansys HFSS. Please keep any ancillary tools limited to preprocessing or post-processing only if they don’t affect the HFSS core workflow.
When you reply, highlight the relevant HFSS-based experience you have with thin-film, flexible, or label-type RFID layouts. A concise note on similar projects is more valuable to me than a full sales pitch.
Deliverables I expect:
• HFSS project file with all parametric setups
• Final 3D model ready for fabrication (DXF or Gerber)
• Simulation report covering S-parameters, realised gain, and read-range estimation at 865–868 MHz
• A brief write-up of the design rationale and tuning steps
