Audit My Ansys CHT Model
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have completed a Conjugate Heat Transfer setup in Ansys Fluent and need a fresh set of expert eyes on the thermal side. Your task is to peer-review the model and help me confirm—or correct—its accuracy before I move on to design decisions.
Key areas I want you to inspect:
• Heat transfer coefficients calculated at critical surfaces
• Temperature distribution across solid and fluid domains
• Appropriateness of the thermal boundary conditions applied
• Any other red flags you notice inside Ansys Fluent that could skew results
Mesh analysis
What I expect back:
1. A concise written report (PDF or DOCX) detailing each issue you find, why it matters, and how to fix it.
2. Annotated screenshots or exported plots from Fluent that illustrate the problem areas.
3. A short follow-up call or chat to walk through your main points if needed.
When you apply, briefly highlight your experience with Fluent CHT simulations and any similar thermal-accuracy audits you have performed. No lengthy proposal is necessary—evidence of hands-on experience is what I’m looking for.
