Ansys Structural Analysis & SolidWorks Design

I am developing a set of brand-new mechanical components in SolidWorks and need a specialist who can take those fresh CAD models straight into Ansys Workbench for detailed structural analysis. The task is to validate strength, identify critical stress regions, and suggest geometry or material tweaks before we freeze the design.

You will receive the native SolidWorks files (latest version) plus basic load and boundary conditions. From there, I expect you to:

• build a clean finite-element model in Ansys,
• run linear static simulations under the supplied loads,
• iterate if weak spots appear and propose design changes inside SolidWorks, and
• deliver a concise PDF report with screenshots of mesh quality, contour plots, reaction summaries, and your design recommendations.

Please keep the workflow efficient, export key results back to the CAD environment for quick turn-round, and be comfortable sharing the Ansys project file so I can reproduce your setup later. If that sounds straightforward, let’s get the first component on your bench right away.
