Ansys Fluent Spoiler Aerodynamic Simulation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete aero-dynamics study in Ansys Fluent that concentrates on automotive aerodynamics, specifically the flow behaviour around a spoiler. The goal is to quantify how the current spoiler design and at different angles influences drag, lift and pressure distribution, then visualise those effects with clear contour plots and stream-lines that I can share with my design team.
The task starts with generating a clean, sufficiently refined mesh on the given geometry, and defining realistic boundary conditions for an external flow case at highway speed. Turbulence modelling should follow best-practice settings for steady-state RANS; however, I am open to your professional suggestion if you feel a transient approach will capture important flow separation.
What I expect to receive:
• The meshed model and project files (.wbpz or equivalent)
• The converged Fluent case/data files
• A concise report (PDF or Word) summarising Cd, Cl, pressure coefficients, velocity/pressure contours and any observed flow separation zones
Please keep the simulation setup reproducible so I can rerun it with small geometric tweaks later on. If you have recent examples of similar spoiler work in Fluent, feel free to mention them in your bid so I know you already speak the same language.
