Analysis of non-symmetrical Airfoil characteristics at low Reynolds number -- 2

I am looking to have a detailed analysis done on the characterization of non-symmetrical airfoil parameters at low Reynolds numbers. The goal of this analysis is to accurately determine the lift and drag coefficients of the airfoil. As such, a comprehensive study of the shape, flow patterns, and general behavior of the airfoil at Reynolds numbers below 100,000 will be required.
