ANSYS fluent/CFX CFD Assignment

There is a big jar with a set of paddles inside, and the stirred material is a liquid with high viscosity. We have models of cans and paddles, however, the properties of the mixing material are not clear, we can think of it as oil . Now we want to get the animation of mixing effect, the uniformity of mixing material flow, and the force on the blade through simulation analysis.
