Rancher/Kubernetes/Bit-Butcket/CI-CD Pipeline

We have Application that is running on Kubernetes Container on a Rancher Cluster. Rancher is where you will see the Kubernetes POD running. The Application is running on Drupal. I need someone who is experience with creating a Rancher CI/CD Pipeline
For source code management we use BitBucket and Configuration management we use Ansible.
I need someone who is experienced in those technologies (Rancher/Kubernetes/BitBucket) to help me setup a CI/CD pipeline from end to end.
