Mitogen (Ansible Plugin) Expertise

I am using Ansible. I have come across the plugin Mitogen https://mitogen.networkgenomics.com/ansible_detailed.html#installation which many online reviews have confirmed will substantially speed up the playbook running. Commonly 50% improvement.
I have tried to get it running on my Ansible installation but have not been successful. I have reported this issue on their Github page but have not heard back after a few days so I am making this job request here.
Please do not apply unless you have already installed and tested the Mitogen plugin on your Ansible installation and witnessed its results.
I do not want to "learn together". I am looking for someone who already knows the issues and can help resolve it.
