Migrating WordPress Sites to AWS LightSail
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have one word press site hosted on digital ocean (dataworks.ai) and another site hosted on cloud ways (hossny.info). I want to migrate them both to AWS light sale to simplify the process and reduce the costs.
Also, I want to create an image of the droplet on digital ocean, to have a local copy of every thing. and create a mirror of the droplet on an EC2 machine ( Except for dataworks site, as it will be rehosted in a clean environment on light sail)
P.S. the environment on the droplet was made on debian using ansible, I hope we can follow the same practice or something similar
the project has 4 parts
(1) To migrate datawroks.ai from digtital ocean to AWS lightsail
(2) To migrate hany.hossny.info from cloudways to AWS
(3) To build a backup from digital ocean droplet that I can download and keep on my local drive
(4) To mirror the environemnt in the droplet into an EC2 machine in AWS (Except for dataworks.ai as it should be rehosted in a clean wordpress environment in lightsail ).
