Enterprise Db2 Automation Platform Development

I need a senior‐level database automation engineer (or a tight specialist team) to architect and code a reusable Ansible-based framework that drives the entire IBM Db2 infrastructure lifecycle. My goals are clear: boost performance and scalability, cut day-to-day operational effort, and embed security and compliance controls from the very first commit.
The scope spans everything from bare-metal or cloud host build-out to release-ready hand-off:
• Infrastructure provisioning and OS hardening
• Silent Db2 installs, instance and database creation, configuration management, upgrades, fix packs
• HADR and Pacemaker high-availability deployment paths
• Health-check orchestration, backup / recovery workflows, and security-audit automation
• Idempotent playbooks with variables and roles that make adaptation for future clients straightforward

• Comprehensive README and architecture diagram explain how to extend the framework
