Ansible Playbook for IIS Data Retrieval

I need an Ansible playbook to retrieve detailed information about IIS websites and their bindings.

The playbook should gather the following data. Then create a CSV report for multiple servers.
- Website names and statuses
- Binding protocols and ports
- Server names
- IP addresses
