I’m streamlining the way we release our applications to the cloud and need a seasoned Ansible specialist—minimum five years hands-on experience—to take charge of the deployment layer. The immediate goal is to design, write, and refine playbooks and roles that push our builds to the cloud reliably, repeatably, and with zero-downtime strategies baked in.
Here’s what the engagement looks like:
• Analyse our current repository and translate the manual steps of our pipeline into clean, idempotent Ansible code.
• Incorporate best-practice patterns—dynamic inventories, secrets management, Galaxy roles, and proper error handling—so future contributors can pick it up effortlessly.
• Validate everything through Molecule or a comparable testing framework before it reaches main.
• Package the final deliverable as a fully documented set of playbooks, complete with README, variable examples, and a walkthrough of each stage of the run.
