Statistical Expert Needed – Reanalyse GreenFeed Methane Data (C-Lock Protocols)

Description:
We are seeking a qualified data scientist or biostatistician with experience in animal science or environmental trials to re-run methane emissions data analysis using C-Lock GreenFeed protocols.
Scope:
Review our existing R-based statistical approach (ANCOVA and ANOVA).
Re-analyse raw GreenFeed data using:
Stage 1: Mixed-effects model to aggregate per-animal LSMEAN values.
Stage 2: Group comparison using ANOVA or ANCOVA with DMI and LW covariates.
Confirm alignment with USDA/ARS-endorsed methodology.
Output final treatment effect result and significance level.
Requirements:
Strong R/stats skills (mixed models, ANCOVA, etc.).
Experience with methane/rumen/animal production data preferred.
Ability to interpret and validate against established protocols.
Deliver analysis scripts + summary output.
