Python Web Dashboard for Anomaly Detection

I need a Python developer to build a web dashboard that processes a city “checkbook” CSV for anomaly detection.

Requirements:
- Ingest CSV and run anomaly detection
- Display flagged transactions with line charts

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Python and pandas
- Experience with Isolation Forest and LOF for anomaly detection
- Familiar with Streamlit or Plotly Dash
- Deploying lightweight Python apps
- Bonus: Blockchain/hash logging knowledge
