Develop Branch Expenses Management System using AppSheet & Google Workspace (with basic AI checks & Tally integration)

Project Overview:

We are looking for a skilled AppSheet + Google Workspace developer to build a centralized Branch Expenses Management System. This system will allow our regional branches to submit expenses (with scanned documents), which will then be reviewed by our central accounts team. It should include AI-based checks for anomalies, a simple approval workflow, notifications, and optional integration with Tally ERP for journal voucher entry.

Key Features Required:

1. Branch Submission (via AppSheet)
Form to submit expenses: Branch, Category, Description, Amount, Vendor
Upload invoice (PDF/image) stored in Google Drive
Google account sign-in and branch-level access control

2. Accounts Review Dashboard
View submitted expenses
Review uploaded documents
Approve/Reject entries
Add internal notes/comments
View AI-generated flags

3. AI-Based Anomaly Detection (Basic)
Flag high-value or unusual expenses using:
Threshold logic
Historical comparison (e.g. unusually high for a category or branch)
Google Apps Script or Python (if needed)

4. Workflow & Automation
When an expense is approved:
Update status
Notify branch and vendor via email (Gmail)
Trigger webhook (for accounting integration)

5. Tally ERP Integration (Optional but Preferred)
Use webhook/App Script to send expense data to local Tally setup
Format data as XML compatible with Tally’s HTTP listener for JV entries

6. Reports & Access Control
Branches can view only their data
Accounts team sees all submissions
Admin-level user for config
Optionally, generate reports or dashboards in Google Looker Studio

Ideal Freelancer Skills:

Proven experience with AppSheet app development
Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script
Understanding of basic AI/ML or anomaly detection (even rule-based)
Experience integrating with Tally ERP (preferred but optional)
Good communication and documentation skills
