Minimalist Canva Annual Report Layout

I’m ready to turn our raw content into a polished annual report and I want the entire layout built directly in Canva so my team can make future tweaks themselves. The final document should follow a minimalist, clean aesthetic—think plenty of white space, a restrained colour palette, and typography that feels professional without looking stiff.

Content you’ll receive from me: complete text and high-resolution photos for every section. The report includes the CEO and Chairperson messages, a concise Year in Review, a clear Financial Summary, and friendly Team Introductions. Because all graphics and images are already prepared, no additional illustration or infographic work is necessary; the focus is on thoughtful page design, consistent styling, and smooth flow from one section to the next.
