InDesign Annual Report Layout Designer

I need an experienced Adobe InDesign designer to create a first draft annual report for a community organisation.

I already have:

A previous annual report draft to use as the structure/reference
Logo and brand assets
Existing content, with some placeholder sections still required
A preferred visual direction and layout style to work from

The task is to create a clean, professional editable InDesign first draft. This is a layout and design production task, not final copywriting.

Scope

Create an annual report layout using the supplied reference document, content, and brand assets.

Sections include:
- Cover
- Contents
- Acknowledgement of Country
- About / Vision / Mission
- Chairperson Report
- CEO Report
- Year in Review
- Programs and Impact
- Partnerships
- Community Engagement
- Financial Report
- People / Board section
- Looking Ahead
- Back page

Requirements
- Strong experience in Adobe InDesign
- Experience with annual reports, brochures, magazines, or long-form document layout
- Able to work from an existing reference document and visual direction
- Able to set up consistent paragraph styles, spacing, page numbers, and master pages
- Must provide fully editable .INDD and .IDML files
- Must package fonts, images, and links correctly
- Available to start soon
