whiteboard story-lesson animation with custom illustrations.

I need to create a whiteboard animation for a lesson every week. Each lesson requires creating fantasy illustrations for the topic. For example, if the lesson teaches about the ear canal, I'd need a cartoon version of a tunnel filled with water inside the ear.
These are not full color illustrations, it's just whiteboard style. I'm looking for an artist that can draw fast and be creative. If the first gig works well I will have additional gigs each week.
