video motion

Hello, I am looking to have a video motion project done. I am specifically looking for an animation project, which should last between 1-3 minutes in duration. Although I don't have a specific style or reference that I am looking for, I do have a rough idea of what I would like incorporated into the animation video. I am hoping to find a freelancer who can help to bring this project to life in the way that I have envisioned it.
