2D very short annimation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
1. 60s video for an awards ceremony backdrop video
2. Only the first 3~5 seconds involve some motion design
3. Passive overlay motion loop til the end
4. Will provide audio
5. Need to provide draft within 2 days
6. One week production time
It's a super simple task, no fancy thing, no 3D stuff and character design or whatever. I reckon you could probably do that within a day, but here is the time frame I can allow.
