storyboard for vector animation video

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a storyboard for a 1-3 minute vector animation video. The design style should be cartoon and I have a rough idea of the characters and story elements that I would like to incorporate.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in creating storyboards for animation videos
- Proficiency in cartoon-style illustration and design
- Ability to bring rough ideas to life and enhance them with creativity and imagination.
This is the current version of the script that will be used for the video:
