2d sprites for video game

Hello I'm looking for someone to help make some 2d sprites for an old-school game called Ultima Online. This is for a private fresshard. The first thing I specifically want is a new moongate. I want it to look and animate similar to how portals in D2 remastered look. I attached the current 5 frames of how it looks now.
