1 short 30 second animation developed

I am looking for a skilled animator to develop a short 30-second 2D animation. I already have both a script and storyboard prepared for the project. Additionally, I am in need of voiceover services for the animation.

Skills and experience needed for this project:
- Proficiency in 2D animation techniques
- Ability to bring a script and storyboard to life through animation
- Experience in coordinating and recording voiceovers for animations
