short animation clip

I am looking for a skilled animator to create a short 2D animation clip for me. The duration of the clip should be less than 1 minute. I have a specific storyline or concept in mind for the animation.

I want a short clip similar to the start of Baba O'Riley by the Who music video which then translates into our spinning logo
