30 seconds Montage & Small character Animation Clips

I have 2 different works, Which need to completed ASAP.
1. I need a 30 seconds montage for a local news channel program (Ref is Attached). It needs to be more fluid and Up-to-date animation.
2. I need small clip like around 15-20 seconds, consist of 2 character animation. We have a concept of 2000 Note, The concepts are around the Note. I am giving you the scenes below
2.1 A wife is taking 2000 notes from her Husband's pocket silently while the Husband of Sleeping
2.2 A cop is taking bribe of 2000 for a Road Violation
2.3 A politician is Offering 2000 to crowd for a vote at a Election Meeting
