80s retro anime designframework for esports community (prefered with twitchoverlay + SM motiongraphics)

We are BM Gaming UG, a flying city in the clouds. A german esports community with over 20k discord members focused on counter strike looking to establish a brand based on artists. We would love to create a design language based on 90s ghibli aesthetics creating artworks to give our brand some recognition value. Do you think you can work with such an art style used in the photos and videos? You would also need to include csgo compontents like guns, maps, agents. One task will be to work with our simple logo, and adapt it to the design creating destricts with all the content we deliver for the community.

We are talking about artworks here which will be the core of the designframework, the users need to have the desire to use the material as desktop background or buy some merch (most of the gamer merch is too geeky) Lets both get known for great art in esports!

This project also contains:
- maybe changing the logo to adapt on new designframe
- create a twitch overlay for casters and streamers with stringer animations
- motiongraphics/animations for video intros, social media announcements
