Its about cartoon character

- Sword and shield
- Bow
- Gun
- Spear
- Staff

Animated should be like the 0:13 to 0:46 of video (a verry simple animated)
Our budget is 40$ / character (total budget for project is 200$)
Each character should be delivered in photoshop and Gif
5 colors for each type.
