I needa video creator/animation expert for music project

I want a professional video artist that can create a 3D video animation of a character fighting/tripping through the human eye/body thats unique throughout the song (not the same clip and constantly adapting). I would like it to be very abstract and clean to the beat. Military fighting and science themes. I included a picture of myself that I'd like sketched and added as the main character.
