I need someone to make GIFS/short animations for my company

I need someone to make GIFS/short animations for my company. For example- i want to create a gif/short animation for st Particks day saying "happy st patricks day from our company" with our company logo in it. Maybe some flashing shamrocks or shamrocks raining down etc. Any copyright to the gif would need to be ours.
