I need a short 2D cartoon animation

I have written a screenplay for a comedy cartoon (not for kids), I'm looking for someone who i can work with also in the future to develop my cartoon series to be uploaded on youtube. It's in 2D. Im guessing the first episode is around 5 minutes long. I might also need original voices for three characters.
