I need a 40 second animation

I'm looking to create a 40 second animation, with sound/music, for a television ad.
In the ad a giant Jeff Bezos is crushing hundreds of tiny amazon workers under his boot, leaving them bloody and mangled. But then two workers link hands as they're about to be crushed. Bezos tries to crush them but he can't, they have power in their unity. More workers begin to link hands. As they link arms, the workers start to grow in size and Bezos begins to shrink. Triumphant music begins to swell. Bezos goes into a frenzy and tries to tackle the workers who first linked hands. He is easily rebuffed and falls to the ground with a bloody lip. The workers continue to grow in size and Bezos continues to shrink, until their sizes are totally reversed from what they were at the start. One of the workers bends down and crushes Bezos with just their index finger, the way you would a fruit fly to whom you wanted to be particularly disrespectful. The camera pans up, as the workers walk into the sunset with smiles on their faces. Birds can be heard chirping, all is well in the world.
