I need a 60 sec cartoon animation following a script

hello, I am looking for someone to make a animated 1:00 cartoon. I have already worked with another artist who did the narration of the story. I need someone to bring the words to life and tell that story. the story is about a drag queen who looses a drag pageant then rises from the ashes and turns into a Phoenix bird. is this something you can help me with? if so, can we discuss pricing and such?
