I need a 5 minute animation completed paying around $1000-$1200

I need an animator to create an animation for my TV show. It can be no longer than 5 minutes long, and around the 4-4:30 minute range. The animation style is 2D and consists of 3 characters and 2 backgrounds, I can provide a storyboard, audio and a script to help you.
