I need a cartoon/anime style animator

I have a card game called “Botzy” I have a 55 sec audio clip of two characters battling using the cards. Is funny, high-energy and absolutely bonkers!
Normally my characters are cartoons, but in this variation it’s a funny play on anime. Below is an audio clip is like to have drawn ensync with the animation.
Below are the two characters I’d like to have battling ( they don’t need to be that detailed just enough to resemble them.) the skeleton Botzy is player 2, the venom looking Botzy is the one that speaks first and is much more aggressive. At the end of the audio, both players turn back into nerdy anime looking humans and talk like normal. Ready to play another round of the game.
