i need an artist and animator for science

I started a business making educational videos and teaching science classes. I'm looking for someone who can make simple diagrams and animations. For now I need someone who can make a business logo. The logo will be a bee with a distinct "educator personality" who can be drawn in different situations, such as giving CPR or other such antics. I'm not rich because I'm just starting out, but I'm also not asking for someone to work for free. I'm hoping to grow a long-term partnership with open communication.
