I need an animator for short clip

Hello. I'm after someone who can create a basic or even stick man style animation for colleagues attending an event. The animation would be a light hearted 'behaviour' style reminder on not drinking too much, not passing out, being kind and respectful. Event is themed around alice in wonderland and did have an idea about it being 'be a tweedledee, don't be a tweedledum' or similar. Open to ideas etc.
